I've gone potty again

Here's one I made earlier.
After learning so much from my retreat with Nina Grunfeld I realised I needed to get back to my creative roots.
I discovered I could make a pot when the teenager was a baby and went to classes for 8 years. When I started my Party Bag business I gave up Pottery to build up the business and felt guilty for taking any time off. Nina Grunfeld gave me the Lightbulb moment that it was ok to to take time out for me and I'm delighted to show you the first pot I've made in 6 years!!!
Gosh, I'm not just a Mum, Wife and Frog after all!!

That's wonderful - you're very talented (and like LCM, don't suppose you would consider selling some in the future ...)

Thank you ladies!
This pot is on it's way to Nina Grunfeld as a Thankyou but yes I'll be making more and in the past I've sold my pots.

Wow. That's stunningly beautiful and (soooo excited) just read it was going to be mine. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

If I can inspire that kind of beauty I'm thrilled. x

Nina at least you know where you can sell it if it's not to your liking anyway!

Man, that is gorgeous! I tried to make a pot a few times and never managed to make one work so I am extra-impressed. I particularly LOVE the colous! I'd definitely have one too.

Hi Frog - I am absolutely on for lunch - we may have to whizz over to Moscow but what's a continent between friends....Potty Mummy is entirely responsible for the fact that I have barely spoken to another human being in a week or so, gained about 8 stone from eating crap at my desk and have been spending on average twenty hours a day online - she is my blog Godmother. If only I had known about your party bags eight years ago....I'm off to my second life drawing class tonight, I'm nervous - I think I may have peaked early last week...
